Order Processing Time All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Confirmation As soon as payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an email notification containing the following details:
- A list of the items ordered
- The cost of each item
- The order total
- The payment method used
- Any user-provided information identifying the purchaser
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items ordered. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will also be applied at this time.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be issued within 3 business days of payment confirmation or a communication will be provided as to why tracking information is delayed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Delays While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in these instances and will communicate any significant changes to your order’s status.
