Zombie


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Jamaican dark rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 oz Demerara rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Falernum liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Donn's Mix*
  • 1 teaspoon Grenadine syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6 drops of Pernod Anise liqueur
  • Garnish: mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice. 
  2. Pulse for a few seconds until mixed.
  3. Add to a tumbler or rocks glass. 
  4. Garnish. 

Note: Donn's Mix:  2 parts yellow grapefruit juice and 1 part cinnamon syrup
