Zombie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Jamaican dark rum
- 1 1/2 oz Gold Puerto Rican rum
- 1 oz Demerara rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Falernum liqueur
- 1/2 oz Donn's Mix*
- 1 teaspoon Grenadine syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 6 drops of Pernod Anise liqueur
- Garnish: mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
- Pulse for a few seconds until mixed.
- Add to a tumbler or rocks glass.
- Garnish.
Note: Donn's Mix: 2 parts yellow grapefruit juice and 1 part cinnamon syrup
