Winter Sour

winter sour cocktail
  • 1.5 oz Campari (or similar bitter liqueur)
  • 0.75 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice (or regular lemon juice)
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + water)
  • 0.5 oz lightly beaten egg white (for froth) — optional
  • Garnish: sprig of rosemary (or citrus twist)

Shake (dry + wet if using egg white), then strain into chilled coupe or rocks glass
