Ramos Fizz


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz cream
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • Soda Water
  • Garnish: none

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients save for the Soda Water to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for two minutes then double strain into a glass.
  3. Dump the ice in the shaker and then pour the drink back into the shaker. 
  4. Hard shake for one minute without the ice. 
  5. Strain into a highball glass and top off with Soda Water.
