Ramos Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz cream
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 3 dashes orange flower water
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- Soda Water
- Garnish: none
Instructions
- Add all ingredients save for the Soda Water to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for two minutes then double strain into a glass.
- Dump the ice in the shaker and then pour the drink back into the shaker.
- Hard shake for one minute without the ice.
- Strain into a highball glass and top off with Soda Water.
