Porto Flip


Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz Red Tawny Port wine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Garnish: Nutmeg sprinkles

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and add dashes of nutmeg.
