Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: Dashes of an aromatic bitter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled goblet.
- Add a few dashes of Amargo or Angostura bitters.
