Pisco Sour


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: Dashes of an aromatic bitter

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled goblet. 
  3. Add a few dashes of Amargo or Angostura bitters.
