Pisco Punch


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz dry white wine
  • 3 pieces of dried clove
  • Garnish: pineapple slice

Instructions 

  1. Muddle the simple syrup with the cloves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and the remaining ingredients save for the wine and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain contents into a Collins glass or large goblet.
  4. Add the wine on top and garnish.
