Pisco Punch
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz dry white wine
- 3 pieces of dried clove
- Garnish: pineapple slice
Instructions
- Muddle the simple syrup with the cloves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients save for the wine and shake vigorously.
- Strain contents into a Collins glass or large goblet.
- Add the wine on top and garnish.
