Peppermintini
Ingredients
- 4 peppermint candy canes
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Garnish: ground peppermint candy (rimmed)
Instructions
- Crush the four peppermint candies using a rolling pin or the flat end of a meat tenderizer. Place ground peppermint in a small plate or tray with edges.
- Apply simple syrup to the edge of a martini glass.
- Roll the edge of the martini glass in the crushed peppermint to garnish the rim of the glass.
- In a shaker, combine the white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, half-and-half, and vanilla extract with several cubes of ice (more than 1/2 full) and shake well until mixed and chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass and serve.
