Penicillin
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 1/4 oz Lagavulin single-malt Scotch whisky
- 2-3 slices (quarter sized) of fresh ginger
- Garnish: candied ginger slices
Instructions
- Muddle the fresh ginger in a shaker.
- Add all other ingredients except for the single-malt whisky.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Double-strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Float the single malt whisky to the top.
- Garnish.
