Old Cuban
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Champagne or Prosecco
- Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with the simple syrup and lime juice.
- Add all other ingredients to the cocktail shaker except the sparkling wine.
- Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
