New York Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Red wine (Shiraz or Malbech)
- A few drops of egg white
- Garnish: lemon/orange zest with a cherry
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Float the wine to the top.
- Garnish.
