Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Cuban Rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons white sugar
- Club Soda
- Garnish: none
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves several times with the sugar in the bottom of a highball or Collins glass.
- Add ice to the glass followed by rum and club soda.
- Stir slowly to mix
- Garnish with mint sprig.
Note: Do not over-muddle the mint leaves so they break into tiny pieces, just enough to release the fragrance, etc.
