Mint Julep

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 1/4 oz Simple syrup
• 4 fresh mint leaves
• Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions

1. Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a julep glass. 
2. Fill with ice, add bourbon and stir well. 
3. Garnish.
