Mai Tai


Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jamaican white rum
  • 1 oz Black strap rum (molasses rum)
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup (almond)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • A few dashes of simple syrup
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, mint leaves, and lime zest

Instructions 

  1. Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a highball glass. 
  3. Garnish.
