Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jamaican white rum
- 1 oz Black strap rum (molasses rum)
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup (almond)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- A few dashes of simple syrup
- Garnish: pineapple wedge, mint leaves, and lime zest
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass.
- Garnish.
