Jungle Bird
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Blackstrap rum
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara sugar syrup
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish.
