Jungle Bird


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Blackstrap rum
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Demerara sugar syrup
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge

Instructions 

  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish.
