Jack Frosty
Ingredients
- 2 oz rum or vodka
- 2 oz blue Curacao
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 cups of ice
- Garnish: simple syrup, coconut (shredded)
Instructions
- Chill a coup or stemless wine glass for 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the ice, rum or vodka, blue Curacao, cream of coconut (not coconut cream) and pineapple juice.
- Trace the rim of the glass with simple syrup.
- Add shredded coconut to a shallow pan or plate.
- Coat the rim of the glass with coconut as you would do with rimming salt.
- Pour into glasses, being careful not to disturb the garnish.
