Irish Coffee

 

 Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 4 oz Hot Coffee
  • 2 oz Fresh cream (chilled)
  • 1 cube or teaspoon of sugar

Instructions 

  1. Pour the coffee into a clear glass mug.
  2. Add the whiskey and sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Top with the chilled cream. Use the back of a spoon held over the glass to control the pour and avoid mixing with the contents of the glass.
