Horse's Neck
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- ~4 oz Ginger Ale
- Dash of Angostura bitters (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice and a long cut lemon twist or pigtail - long enough to go from the bottom to the top of the glass.
- Pour into this glass your Cognac and top with Ginger Ale to the top.
- Add dashes of Angostura bitters if desired.
- Stir gently.
