Horse's Neck


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cognac
  • ~4 oz Ginger Ale
  • Dash of Angostura bitters (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and a long cut lemon twist or pigtail - long enough to go from the bottom to the top of the glass. 
  2. Pour into this glass your Cognac and top with Ginger Ale to the top. 
  3. Add dashes of Angostura bitters if desired.
  4. Stir gently.
