Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz espresso (chilled)
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Garnish: coffee beans
Instructions
- Brew coffee then allow it to completely cool.
- Add coffee, vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup to a shaker and vigorously shake to form a thicker foam. If you aren't able to develop the desired foam you can include about an ounce of egg white or a few drops of cocktail foam.
- Strain into a martini glass then garnish with coffee beans.
