Coquito

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream of coconut (Coco López)
  • 1/2 cup of white rum (Don Q)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Garnish: ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon stick. 

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the elements are well combined (usually a couple of minutes). 
  2. Transfer to a large glass bottle and store in the fridge.
  3. Serve in a shot glass or 3 oz tiramisu cup (larger than a shot glass but smaller than a rocks glass). 
  4. Garnish.
