Coquito
Ingredients
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream of coconut (Coco López)
- 1/2 cup of white rum (Don Q)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Garnish: ground cinnamon and/or cinnamon stick.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the elements are well combined (usually a couple of minutes).
- Transfer to a large glass bottle and store in the fridge.
- Serve in a shot glass or 3 oz tiramisu cup (larger than a shot glass but smaller than a rocks glass).
- Garnish.
