Chocolate Martini

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz creme de cacao
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz half-and-half
  • Garnish: powdered cocoa (rim)

Instructions 

  1. Chill a martini glass for at least 10-15 minutes. 
  2. Trace the rim of the glass with chocolate liqueur. You can also do this by pouring a small amount into a shallow, rimmed dish. 
  3. Add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, half-and-half, and creme de cacao into a shaker.
  4. Add ice and vigorously shake until you can feel the cold on your fingers. 
  5. Strain into the glass.
