Chocolate Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz creme de cacao
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz half-and-half
- Garnish: powdered cocoa (rim)
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Trace the rim of the glass with chocolate liqueur. You can also do this by pouring a small amount into a shallow, rimmed dish.
- Add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, half-and-half, and creme de cacao into a shaker.
- Add ice and vigorously shake until you can feel the cold on your fingers.
- Strain into the glass.
