Canchanchara
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cuban Aguardiente
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz raw honey
- 1/2 oz warm water
Instructions
- Dissolve the honey into the warm water in a 2:1 ratio, add the lime juice
- Add ice followed by rum.
- Stir vigorously.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
