Canchanchara


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cuban Aguardiente
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz raw honey
  • 1/2 oz warm water

Instructions 

  1. Dissolve the honey into the warm water in a 2:1 ratio, add the lime juice
  2. Add ice followed by rum.
  3. Stir vigorously.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
