Brandy Crusta
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Cognac or other high quality brandy
- 1/2 oz Cointreau or similar orange liqueur
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Peychaud's or Angostura bitters
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Garnish: sugar for rimming, lemon zest
Instructions
- Rim a coupe glass with sugar and prepare a lemon peel.
- Shake, all elements together in a shaker of choice.
- Double strain into the prepared glass and garnish.
