Boat House Punch
This recipe makes enough drinks for a group, perfect for your pool parties or backyard barbeques. Step one requires an overnight wait so be aware of that to prepare ahead!
Ingredients
- 1 liter of dry gin
- 12 oz St-Germain
- 750ml Aperol
- 12 oz grapefruit juice
- 12 oz lemon juice
- 12 oz orange juice
- 750ml sparkling rose
- 4 lemons peeled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Garnish: orange wheels
Instructions
- Muddle the lemon peels with the sugar in a bowl. The sugar should look moistened when done. Cover and let set overnight so the sugar gains the oils from the lemons.
- Add the gin, Aperol, St-Germain, and fruit juices to a large pitcher or bowl.
- Add the lemon-sugar mixture and let sit for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the lemon peels, add the rose, and a large piece of ice.
- Garnish the pitcher and cups to serve.
