Boat House Punch

This recipe makes enough drinks for a group, perfect for your pool parties or backyard barbeques. Step one requires an overnight wait so be aware of that to prepare ahead!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of dry gin
  • 12 oz St-Germain
  • 750ml Aperol
  • 12 oz grapefruit juice
  • 12 oz lemon juice
  • 12 oz orange juice
  • 750ml sparkling rose
  • 4 lemons peeled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Garnish: orange wheels

Instructions

  1. Muddle the lemon peels with the sugar in a bowl. The sugar should look moistened when done. Cover and let set overnight so the sugar gains the oils from the lemons.
  2. Add the gin, Aperol, St-Germain, and fruit juices to a large pitcher or bowl.
  3. Add the lemon-sugar mixture and let sit for about 15 minutes. 
  4. Remove the lemon peels, add the rose, and a large piece of ice. 
  5. Garnish the pitcher and cups to serve.
