Strawberry Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz agave syrup
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 strawberries
• Garnish: lime wedge and coarse salt

Instructions

1. Rim a rocks glass with a lime wedge and then apply coarse sea salt. If you have a cocktail rimmer applying the salt is much easier, especially if making multiple drinks.
2. Muddle the strawberries with the agave directly in the rocks glass
3. Add mezcal, Cointreau and lime juice. 
4. Garnish with another strawberry and a lime or as desired.
